• $26.85/hour (Incorporated)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Payment Analyst (Accounts Payable) to support day-to-day AP operations within a Global Asset Management environment. This is a business-as-usual role focused on invoice processing, expense reconciliation, vendor coordination, and maintaining strong financial controls. The position offers excellent visibility across multiple business lines and strong long-term potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and validate vendor invoices accurately and on time

• Reconcile expenses in compliance with internal policies and tax regulations

• Respond to and resolve vendor payment inquiries

• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit/reporting activities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance and operations

• Use Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs) and AP systems (e.g., Coupa) daily

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts payable or financial operations experience

• Strong understanding of AP workflows and financial processes

• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs required)

• Experience with AP or accounting software (Coupa preferred)

• Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Nice-to-Have

• Banking or financial services industry experience

• Professional accounting certification
