Are you an HRBP who thrives at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and complex employee relations?

This role is designed for senior HR professionals who enjoy being hands-on, influencing at scale, and partnering closely with business and HR leadership during periods of change. If Works Councils, labor law, and transformation agendas are part of your daily language — keep reading.

What you’ll be driving

Leading people transformation initiatives across the BeNeLux region
Acting as a strategic and operational partner to local HRBP leadership
Owning and managing the Works Council agenda, including negotiations linked to organizational change
Handling complex employee relations cases with high rigor and compliance
Ensuring full alignment with local labor legislation and internal HR policies
Collaborating with global HR teams (COEs, Legal, HR Operations) in a matrix organization

What makes you a strong fit

7+ years of experience in HRBP / HR leadership roles within global, fast-paced environments
Proven Works Council experience in the BeNeLux region
Strong background in change management, ER, and labor law
Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic advisory and hands-on execution
Fluent English (essential); additional local languages are a plus
Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating complexity
