About the Role

You’ll administer, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform in a secure, FedRAMP-compliant environment. This role supports platform performance, security, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reports
Manage users, roles, groups, permissions, and data
Monitor performance and implement optimization and automation
Ensure FedRAMP and security policy compliance
Support integrations with other systems
Handle incident, problem, and change management
Maintain and improve the service catalog
Provide user training and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders

What Makes You Qualified

Required

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
Strong skills in configuration, access control, and security operations
Experience with FedRAMP requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Knowledge of NIST frameworks and government compliance
Experience with ServiceNow CSM
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
