Our excellent client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a one year + W2 contract HYBRID in Springfield, MA. NO AGENCIES.

Duties: The Operations Project Management Office (OPMO) is seeking an experienced Business Consultant. In this highly visible role, you will report to the Director of Project Management and support projects led or supported from the Operations organization. This role requires extensive collaboration and communication across multiple business units within Operations and outside of Operations (technology teams, suppliers, procurement). Experience with Salesforce business and/or technical components is highly desirable.

Formulate and define business and/or systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable industry requirements

Devise/modify procedures to solve complex problems considering business limitations

Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper business and/or system requirements

Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of business and/or systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment

Accountable to drive escalation analysis and resolution on complex issues

Communicate decisions timely, clearly, and accurately with internal and external colleagues

Develop recommendations by applying critical thinking to conduct analysis and weigh risk Lead initiatives supporting business strategy and process improvement

Identify gaps in processes/procedures and make recommendations for improvement

Develop a strong network of resources/business partners across the organization/vendors

Facilitate and organize meetings with key stakeholders and business partners

Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience

Lead analysis of impacts to the business (impact analysis)

Development of business process models, process outlines, procedures and job aides

Perform requirement management planning for medium to large scale projects

Leads business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives

Gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements

Clear and concise written and verbal communications

Strong facilitator to drive requirements gathering sessions

Collaborate with business and systems experts

May provide oversight of overall quality of work product

Negotiate and influence requirements dir
