Digital Marketing Manager (Contractor)- Palo Alto Networks

This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.

This role is a 6 months contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks.

Location: London (Hybrid)

The ideal candidate will have valid work authorization to work within London. This position is not eligible for any visa sponsorship.

Job Description:

Duties

Fill the funnel! This is a demand generation focused role, meaning success is defined by the quality and volume of leads routed through the sales funnel. The impact from this role is directly linked to the success of the company - the better you perform, the more pipeline our sales teams can generate.
Own the promotion, delivery, execution and reporting of the Digital Marketing plan for our campaign teams, often with content in multiple languages.
Schedule and set up emails, registration pages, social posts, webinars, and follow-up of virtual events
Optimise Email marketing strategy
Create & execute all Campaign deliverables
Support Webinars
Support Product launches
Report on performance
Leverage and manage the workload of our vended services agencies to support you in executing all planned campaigns and achieving your goals.
Work closely with stakeholders to help build a digital marketing plan to achieve Demand generation targets
Track and manage activity effectiveness and apply learning from industry insights and best practices to continually optimize the customer journey from promotion through execution, delivery, follow-up and nurture.
Maintaining a disciplined communication and reporting cadence with our Marketing & Sales stakeholders is key. Palo Alto Networks is a highly matrixed organization, where clear and concise communication is essential

Liaise with 3rd party vendors & agencies to explore new ideas and activities
Ensure administrative tasks are completed diligently and in a timely manner
Be AI Champion - utilise AI tools wherever possible to be more efficient in your work

Skills

5+ years marketing experience
Fluent German and additional language skills are desirable. As we are an international organization, working in multiple languages and with translated content should come as second nature to you.
Previous experience in working with and managing agencies is advantageous, particularly in the areas of project management and people management.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last-minute changes
Highly organized project and time management skills. At any given time you could be running 10 or more virtual events (including major launches), in 5 different languages with 10 different speakers and 10 different promotional plans
Proactivity. We want to see you ask questions and come up with solutions.
Proficient with various technology platforms. You’ll be expected to get up to speed quickly on a number of MarTech tools & applications. Prior experience working with webinar tools (Zoom, On24), CRM (Salesforce), and event hosting and promoting tools (Splash, Knak, Marketo) are an advantage
Understanding and familiarity with Digital Marketing tactics, with the ability to coordinate webinars and virtual events cycle end to end
Attention to detail is key. You’ll be responsible for our brand - producing and publishing externally-facing content to our most important customers and prospects.
Experience working in a strict deadline-oriented environment, with excellent time management skills
A demonstrated interest in analytical skills to drive optimization
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management
Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "can-do" attitude

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in disciplines like Marke
