Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic tech goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Integrate Salesforce with AWS services and other enterprise systems for seamless data-driven decision-making.
Oversee code reviews and promote continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize performance, maintaining compliance with security standards.

Skills

Extensive experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
Proficient in integrating Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
Strong skills in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies beyond Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

Certifications in Application Architect/System Architect.
Experience with AWS infrastructure tools and practices.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming frameworks.
