We’re partnering with a leading insurance company based in New York to find a talented Salesforce Developer Engineer. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative initiatives that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance digital experiences for clients, agents, and employees.

This is a contract role expected to last 6 months, which can extend if things go well. It will be hybrid in NYC 2 days a week.

The application deadline for this role is 01/15/2026.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
Implement secure and high-performance Salesforce integrations with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
Work with UX and front-end teams to create modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and Figma.
Develop event-driven architectures employing Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and asynchronous Apex to support scalable integrations.

Qualifications:

7–10 years of senior-level Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce event-driven architecture.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce with APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
Proven ability to manage complex solutions end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
