Job Specifications

Position: Frontend Software Engineer (React, TypeScript, JavaScript)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop and validate real-world frontend coding benchmarks using React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Curate benchmark tasks by sourcing issues, solutions, and test cases from production-level repositories.
Design and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to verify solution correctness.
Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code to ensure reliability and reproducibility.
Maintain consistency and scalability across benchmark task distributions.
Provide structured, written feedback on solution quality, clarity, and implementation approach.

Requirements

Strong experience as a frontend software engineer working with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of frontend debugging, testing, and validation workflows.
Comfort working with real-world codebases and production-style engineering challenges.
Strong technical writing skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
