Our clients are medium and large companies that join Digit89 to enable their suppliers to receive early payment of their invoices through our platform.

Job Description:

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding Digit89’s client base and building strong, lasting relationships with them.

You will work closely with the management team to identify potential clients, initiate contact, guide them through the onboarding process, and build long-term relationships that ensure their satisfaction and engagement. You'll be part of a team where each person is important and works autonomously in an entrepreneurial spirit.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Prospecting and Acquisition:

Develop acquisition strategy
Identify and target medium and large companies that can benefit from Digit89’s solution.
Engage potential clients through personalized outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) and other strategic channels.
Organize Digit89 business events and participate in industry events and trade shows.

-Client Onboarding:

Facilitate clients' journey to the signing of the subscription agreement and oversee their onboarding process.
Address any questions or concerns, ensuring a seamless adoption of the solution.

-Community Engagement:

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build trust and ensure their continued satisfaction.
Organize community-focused initiatives, such as webinars, newsletters, or networking events, to engage and retain clients.

-Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team to align on targets and strategies.
Provide feedback and ideas to improve the platform and enhance the client experience.

Required skills and qualities:

Possession of a master's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
General understanding of finance principles.
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with top management.
Proven initial experience in B2B business development or account management
Proactive, result-oriented, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Fluent in Dutch or French + English
