Job Title: External Communications Associate

Location: Hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday to Thursday; Remote: Monday & Friday)

Remuneration: £35.58 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary until May 15, 2026

On-Call Responsibilities:

Participate in incident management rotation, being "on-call" approximately every 3 to 4 weeks for urgent escalations and platform incidents.

Languages:

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, or French is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Gather, synthesise, and draught responses to editorial inquiries and information release requests.
Track the effectiveness of communications campaigns and manage feedback channels to refine external communications strategies.
Create clear, concise, and differentiated communications plans and materials (e.g., emails, press releases, pitches, marketing copy) to promote external programmes.
Act as a spokesperson for a business or product area with minimal guidance.
Analyse and synthesise corporate objectives and promotional policies to build communication strategies that shape reputation and influence public opinion.
Collaborate with agencies on projects, driving key tasks and providing content.
Design presentations and visuals for marketing and communications events.

Qualifications:

Proficient in executive management, crisis communications, and strategic communications.
Knowledge of the current and external landscape, industry trends, and external stakeholder management.
Strong agility, information synthesis skills, and business acumen.

Working Schedule:

9 am to 6 pm

Hybrid working model with onsite presence required Tuesday to Thursday.
