Job Title: Senior Data Architect

Location: Glasgow, UK - Onsite

Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Employment Type: Inside IR35 Contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Data Architect to support a major 3rd-Party Data Programme within our Markets Data Services team. You will be responsible for designing, structuring, governing and validating marketplace and external data.

Responsibilities

Model and structure marketplace and third-party data
Build and maintain data catalogues and data contracts
Validate data usage rights and compliance
Define and improve data architecture standards and policies
Design data flows for third-party data integration
Query and manage data using SPARQL, SQL (Oracle) and ElasticSearch
Work with business and engineering teams in Agile sprints

Required Skills

Strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Modelling
Hands-on experience with RDF and SPARQL
Knowledge of W3C data standards
Experience with AWS Neptune, AWS Glue, ElasticSearch and Oracle
Strong SQL and ElasticSearch No-SQL queries
Experience validating data contracts and usage rights
Experience working in Agile teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management
