Ready to make an impact?

We are looking for a Sourcing Administrator who will provide administrative and operational support to the National Sourcing team with a strong focus on liquor-related activities and licensing support. The role supports day-to-day documentation, tracking, and coordination needs, including responding to ad hoc requests and helping ensure liquor licensing and regulatory requirements.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

Provide administrative support for liquor licensing activities, including tracking licences, renewals, and required documentation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date liquor licensing records and reference materials.
Coordinate information requests related to liquor licensing with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Flag upcoming renewals, missing information, or potential risks to leadership.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Sourcing team.
Support supplier communications and follow-ups related to administrative requests.
Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to the National Sourcing team, as required.

What You Have To Offer

Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration or related field.
Experience supporting liquor licensing, regulatory compliance, or working in a regulated environment is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and confidential documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Grocery experience preferred.
