This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business challenges and driving organisational change to deliver meaningful operational improvements.

We are looking for a General Manager to join a CDMO, based on site just outside Antwerp. You will be responsible for around 200 employees, with a key focus on enriching high performance within teams, driving collaboration, and ultimately creating cultural change leading to stronger commercial performance - reporting directly into the CEO of the parent company.

You will bring:

Commercial mind-set and strong with numbers as you will have P&L responsibility of the site
Strong, charismatic leadership with the ability to influence, engage, and bring teams on board
A solid background in the pharmaceutical sector within a cGMP regulated environment
Previous experience within a CMO or CDMO, ideally supporting diverse client portfolios

You will live and breathe every part of the operations lifecycle, you speak Dutch fluently. Although you will be speaking English throughout your day, they want you to connect with native Dutch peers on a conversational basis is a must.
