Join a leading telecommunications company as an Ecommerce Product Manager!

Job Overview

As a Product Owner, you will be helping to shape and optimise the online shopping experience for millions of customers. You’ll play a key role in improving how users browse, buy and pay online, including delivering a seamless and compliant Open Banking journey.

This role sits within a small, agile squad working on a new product under NDA. You’ll own product improvements end‑to‑end, from identifying customer problems through to delivering solutions and optimising performance post‑launch.

Role details

Location: London (hybrid working)
Contract rate: £500 per day (inside IR35)
Contract length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)

Key responsibilities

Use customer behaviour data, analytics and research to identify issues and opportunities across the ecommerce journey, particularly within the shop and checkout flow.
Shape product ideas and improvements that increase conversion and improve the overall online shopping experience.
Own product initiatives end‑to‑end, from discovery and definition through to delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation.
Work closely with designers and developers to deliver intuitive, high‑quality digital experiences on time and within budget.
Prioritise work based on customer impact, business value and delivery effort, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.
Ensure Open Banking journeys are simple to use, meet regulatory requirements, and fit seamlessly within the website experience.

Key requirements

Proven experience as an Ecommerce or Digital Product Manager working on customer‑facing websites or journeys.
Strong experience working in agile delivery teams, collaborating closely with designers, developers and stakeholders.
Comfortable using data and insight to inform decisions and measure success.
Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to deliver against tight deadlines.
Confident stakeholder manager, able to align priorities and challenge thinking where needed.
A passion for improving customer experience and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
