We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our new Portfolio Transformation Marketing Team in the Benelux.

In this exciting role, you’ll lead the charge in building tomorrow’s portfolio—starting with Variety Packs and Snackboxes.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring impactful ideas to life.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Support the Marketing Manager in developing strategy & plans for Portfolio transformation projects across NL & BE with speed and excellence.
Understand local consumer & shopper needs deeply and put these at the heart of every plan.
Lead innovation, packaging, and communication processes, delivering flawless execution on time.
Manage budgets, POs, and reporting with full accountability.
Collaborate with local and global teams to create synergies and lift & shift opportunities.
Partner with creative agencies to develop impactful campaigns, designs and activations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

University degree and 3-5 years of FMCG marketing experience.
Strong brand marketing skills and a passion for consumer insights.
Creative problem-solver with fresh ideas and a can-do mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a matrix organization.
Proven project management and ownership skills.
Commercial acumen and P&L understanding.
Fluent in English & Dutch, with flexibility to travel between NL and BE.
