Business Analyst – CMS/Investment Products (Web & Mobile) – Freelance

For a financial services customer active in the investment domain, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and maintenance of web and mobile platforms.

The customer are improving their web and mobile applications, including an enhanced search feature, a chatbot and integrating the capacity to invest live in real time. The role focuses on CMS-based platform (Contentful), investment product flows, and digital customer journeys.

The role requires experience in financial services, web and mobile applications, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business and functional requirements for web and mobile applications
Act as an interface between business stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI teams, and development teams
Define content models, workflows, and publishing processes in Contentful
Analyse digital customer journeys related to investment products
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into functional requirements
Write user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

5+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
Knowledge of investment products and related digital processes
Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful though not a hard requirement
Understanding of web and mobile application environments

DURATION: 12 Months

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Hybrid

ONSITE POLICY: Brussels 2–3 days per week onsite

HOURS PER WEEK: 40

LANGUAGES: English
