Job Title: Principal Engineer (Gen AI)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite – 3 days/week)

Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in building Machine Learning models and systems
3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including:
Prompt Engineering
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Multi-agent / Agentic systems
Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders in BFSI domain

Good to Have

Experience working on enterprise BFSI GenAI use cases
Exposure to open-source LLM deployments
Prior experience in mentoring or leading GenAI teams
