Project context

Within a large financial organization, a transversal GRC program is underway to implement a ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) platform. The initiative focuses on strengthening policy management, third-party risk management, and data privacy processes in line with regulatory and internal governance requirements. The Business Analyst will work at the intersection of business, risk, compliance, and IT teams to ensure successful adoption and alignment with business objectives.

Goals and deliverables

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements related to new GRC processes
Support the implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules (policy, third-party risk, privacy
Coordinate and execute regression testing with business stakeholders
Validate functional decisions and ensure traceability to business requirements
Act as a liaison between IT and business teams throughout the project Develop training and change management materials to support user adoption
Serve as a point of contact for new processes and manage cross-team dependencies

Expected Skill

Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes in a banking context

Business Analysis experience on GRC-related projects

French and/or Dutch (native or fluent)

Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and testing

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience or exposure to ServiceNow IRM modules
