Technical Lead

C#, .NET, Azure | Hybrid: Manchester | Salary up to £75k

Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys shaping integration platforms, mentoring teams and delivering meaningful systems at scale?

If so, I'm supporting a large, purpose-driven organisation on a key hire within their Software Engineering function.

This is a Technical Lead role where you’ll sit at the heart of integrations. With this, they're looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with people leadership and strategic influence!

Tech Environment

Strong C# / .NET experience is essential for this one.

The Role

You’ll be leading a junior and a mid-level developer, providing hands-on leadership through code reviews, solution design and technical challenge.

Recruiting, coaching and developing engineers by ensuring skills keep pace with technology changes will also be a huge part of this!

Owning the technical direction and architecture across integrations & automation will also be part of your role, shaping how business applications and automation initiatives are designed and delivered.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to set the direction, priorities and standards for the wider IT & Digital strategy team.

You'll be a key technical voice across the organisation, influencing stakeholders and senior leaders
