Office Manager / Project Coordinator

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Schedule: Part-time | In-office 3 days per week

Compensation: Salary based on experience.

The Role

Pellizzi & Co. is adding a Part-Time Office Manager / Project Coordinator to help keep our team organized, aligned, and moving.

This role is focused on day-to-day coordination and support—handling the basics that allow a fast-paced creative team to stay focused on great work.

What You’ll Do

Office & Administrative Support

Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
Maintain office organization and serve as an in-office point of contact
Support day-to-day administrative needs

Payroll & Finance Support

Process payroll accurately and on time
Assist with invoicing and basic financial tracking
Keep records organized and coordinate with external partners as needed

Project Coordination

Track project timelines and internal deadlines
Help organize schedules, deliverables, and handoffs
Share updates and flag timing considerations early

HR & Team Support

Track PTO and maintain schedules
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
Help keep internal documents organized

What We’re Looking For

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Experience with office management, coordination, or similar roles preferred
Agency or small-business experience is a plus
