Product Owner (PO) – HashiCorp Vault

Location: Montréal, QC

Assignment Duration: 12 Months Contract

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Work Mode: Hybrid

Role Overview

The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for leading the development, integration, and continuous evolution of the HashiCorp Vault solution within the organization’s technology ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the security, reliability, and compliance of secrets and identity management services.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or in technical product management
Proven hands-on expertise with HashiCorp Vault (Enterprise or Open Source)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Consul, Ansible, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of information security concepts (PKI, encryption, authentication)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices
Ability to work effectively in an agile, multidisciplinary environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
HashiCorp certification or equivalent (considered an asset)

Qualifications et expérience requises

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire ou en gestion de produit technique
Expertise démontrée avec HashiCorp Vault (Enterprise ou Open Source)
Bonne connaissance des environnements infonuagiques (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Maîtrise des outils DevOps : Terraform, Consul, Ansible, GitHub, CI/CD
Solides connaissances en sécurité de l’information (PKI, chiffrement, authentification)
Expérience en Infrastructure as Code (IaC) et en automatisation
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement agile et au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et souci du détail
Fortes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
Certification HashiCorp ou équivalente (un atout)
