Do you have hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Are you ready to take ownership of a platform that drives supporter engagement and transforms digital communications for a leading non‑profit?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Cloud Product Owner to join a mission‑driven organisation on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in ensuring their Marketing Cloud platform delivers strategically and operationally through designing and optimising automated journeys, leveraging AMPscript for personalisation, supporting teams, and rolling out new features that enhance engagement and operational impact.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, confident with Journey Builder, Content Builder, Automation Studio and Cloud Pages, alongside intermediate skills in AMPscript, HTML and CSS. Strong stakeholder management, coaching ability, and problem‑solving skills are essential, as you’ll be working across multiple teams and projects.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £65,000–£75,000, flexible hybrid working, and the chance to make a real impact in a mission‑driven environment while continuing to build your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
