Hybrid (2 days in London/ Essex office, 2 days from home)

Job Description:
An agile digital agency is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for a professional with a passion for continuous improvement and learning to contribute to our high-velocity projects and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client accounts effectively to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Utilize intermediate proficiency with WordPress CMS to maintain and update client websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive digital solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to team learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Management role or related field.
- Intermediate knowledge and practical experience with WordPress CMS.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and adapt to shifting timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital agency is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Arrangement:
- This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with the expectation to work from the London office two days a week and from home for two days. The candidate should be open to the potential of working from an Essex location in the future.
