SQL, SAS (certified) - MUST

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant data analytics experience

• Knowledge and experience in data preparation, data analysis, and statistical tool sets including emphasis on - SQL, SAS (certified)

• Relevant degree (stats, data, analytics) preferred.

• Advanced product knowledge for the designated business / portfolio.

• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience..

• Understanding of measurement techniques (a/b testing, treatment control framework)

• Data mining, data storytelling and data visualization

Skills:

• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

• Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Influence skills - In-depth.

• Data driven decision making - In-depth

Nice To Haves:

• Previous knowledge of home financing, HELOC’s, mortgages (particularly in banking setting) a strong asset

• RESL analytics experience would be a definite asset.

• Previous banking experience

• Previous experience in leading projects

• R, Python, PowerBI, PowerPoint.
