What does the work look like?

During your 4-month work term in a Commercial Internship that combines elements of Brand (Marketing) and Sales, you will have the opportunity to experience working in both areas of the business. You will own multiple projects critical to the success of your brand team and largest retailers, leading work impacting the biggest brands in Canada.

Depending on the projects assigned you will get a variety of experiences, like:

Completing robust business analyses and developing marketing plans that contribute to the growth of our brands and business.
Conducting analysis related to the category, consumer, competition, and the market to develop insights, uncover trends and present recommendations based on your findings.
Learning and applying conceptual selling techniques and developing data-driven analyses and presentations.
Leading unique projects that involve selling and account management responsibilities with retailers. With coaching from your manager, you will play an important role with our Customer Teams, having a direct impact on the business.
Using local insights to influence marketing plans, including the creation of new initiatives, innovation, packaging, products, strategies and ideas.
Delivering the expected output of these projects by the end of your internship period (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event etc.) and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.

During your 4-month work term in Product Supply, you will own multiple projects critical to the success of our Toronto operations and distribution of P&G products across Canada. You’ll be uniquely positioned to see the supply chain from end-to-end and lead projects that make a real impact.

Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals to deliver product and supply chain initiatives.
Lead projects that challenge your analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Complete robust business analyses and strategic plans that contribute to the business.
Deliver expected outputs (e.g., reports, analyses, presentations, toolkits) by the end of your internship, systematically attaining the resources needed.

What we offer:

Responsibilities from Day 1 – ownership of your work plan and impactful projects.
