About the role

We are seeking an Inside Account Manager to support structured conversations with prospective contacts and manage early-stage account engagement within a remote, system-driven inside sales and account management environment

This role is well suited to professionals with experience in inside sales, account management, customer engagement, or other people-facing roles who are comfortable following defined processes, communicating clearly, and working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

This position is best suited to professionals seeking a longer-term, performance-aligned contract role, rather than short-term or casual work.

Key responsibilities

Conduct structured phone and online conversations with prospective contacts
Follow defined qualification, account management, and communication processes
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal tools
Manage follow-up activity and next steps in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment

What we’re looking for

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
Comfort working within structured processes, systems, and workflows
Reliable follow-through and effective time management
Experience in sales, inside sales, account management, hospitality leadership, retail management, customer service, or similar people-facing environments
Ability to work independently in a remote-based role
