Job Title : Conga CLM Sr. Tech Lead/ Consultant

Location: Remote

Experience : Minimum total IT 12+Years

Mandatory Skill: Solid experience in Conga CLM, Contract Life Cycle Management

• Lead the implementation of Conga CLM solutions including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Customize Conga CLM based on client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance needs.

• Develop and implement CLM workflows, templates, and reports.

• Integrate Conga CLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their contract management needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Conga CLM features, updates, and industry trends.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and FAQs.

• Utilize programming and scripting skills to enhance and automate the Conga CLM platform.

• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the Conga CLM solution.

• Experience with implementation and architecture of large-scale multi-business unit CLM implementations.

• Experience In Copado will be an added advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and has a strong ability to work in a team
