Whitewater Brewing Co. is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brands to life across digital platforms and in the real world. You’ll be the connection point between customers, community, content, and coordination and a key player in how our beverage brands show up every day.

A day in the life:
As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of marketing programs across 6 beverage brands, with a focus on day-to-day coordination, social content publishing, customer responses, and event prep. You’ll work alongside our marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, social communities stay engaged, and our events and launches go off without a hitch.

Our marketing team is a lean, mean (just kidding, we're really kind) marketing machine. We are organized, agile, creative, and customer-focused! We are champions of brand and customer experience, and we know that the little things can leave a lasting impression.
Must Haves:
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or coordination role
Strong communication and organization skills
Confidence using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Mailchimp, and basic Excel/Sheets
Experience with website editing (Shopify, Wix, Weebly, or similar)
Familiarity with brand tone and digital etiquette across channels
Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
A team-first attitude and passion for building memorable brand experiences
Nice to Haves:
Experience in a beverage, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brand
Light content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, photography, Canva design)
Knowledge of Ontario craft beer or spirits market
Compensation & Perks:
This is a permanent role with the anticipated salary range of $48,000 to $59,000. The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity.
