Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Informatica PC/CDI-PC Lead Administrator with hands-on expertise in Informatica CDI-PC (Cloud Data Integration - Process Console) and PowerCenter. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Informatica Admins, manage platform operations, and provide L2/L3 support with strong troubleshooting capabilities across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Informatica Admins supporting CDI-PC and PowerCenter platforms.
Manage installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Informatica environments.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to connectivity, job failures, repository corruption, and service outages.
Coordinate with development and support teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
Implement and maintain security policies, user roles, and access controls.
Provide 24x7 support coverage for critical production systems as needed.
Maintain documentation for environment setup, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Support Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.

- Ability to Coordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & - Integration test support

- Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery

- Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs

- Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.

CDI-PC Admin :

Installation and configuration: Install secure agents, configure keystores and truststores, and set up the CDI-PC domain.

User and security management: Manage user access, roles, and groups. Configure single sign-on (SSO) using SAML and OAuth, and manage SCIM tokens.

Performance and maintenance: Monitor the CDI-PC domain, tune performance, and conduct system maintenance tasks.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and space/logging issue.

Power Center Admin :

Installation and configuration: Installing and setting up the PowerCenter environment, including application services and nodes.

User and security management: Creating and managing user accounts, privileges, and permissions for different projects and users.

Monitoring and troubleshooting: Monitoring job execution, troubleshooting failures, and resolving system and performance issues.

Performance tuning: Optimizing the performance of the PowerCenter environment and ETL processes.

Command line utilities: Utilizing command line interfaces for administrative tasks and scripting.

Scripting and automation: Using scripting languages like Unix shell scripting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Informatica administration (PowerCenter and CDI-PC).
Proven experience in leading admin/support teams.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with Informatica domain configuration, repository management, and metadata handling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid deployments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Informatica Certified Administrator.
Experience with automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python).
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
