Job Specifications

This role focuses on launching and growing a physical therapy and rehabilitation device brand across major social media platforms, including TikTok. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement. The position is remote and offers the opportunity for ongoing collaboration on future projects.

Deliverables

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media launch plan across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience
Identify and engage with potential leads and relevant online communities
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and branding
Adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback to optimize reach and engagement

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media campaigns and brand launches
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Ability to create compelling content and adapt messaging for different audiences
Experience with lead generation and online community engagement
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with the health, wellness, or rehabilitation sector is a plus
