Opportunity for ServiceNow Professionals!

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to take a dual leadership role across Configuration Data Management and Service Portfolio & Service Modelling. The position is split evenly between two strategic streams and focuses on building a reliable, secure, and business-aligned service data foundation within ServiceNow.

This role combines architectural ownership, hands-on design, regional enablement, and continuous improvement of both the CMDB and CSDM landscape.

Stream Ownership: Enterprise Configuration Data Foundation (≈50%)

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve the enterprise configuration data model in alignment with operational processes, security controls, and enterprise data standards
Establish a clear and scalable classification framework for configuration items, including ownership, lifecycle rules, and data governance
Act as the primary coordinator between technical owners, process stakeholders, and security teams to ensure alignment on configuration data definitions
Lead the functional design and execution of CMDB-related enhancements within ServiceNow, working closely with the platform and ITOM teams

Stream Ownership: Service & Application Modelling Enablement (≈50%)

Key Responsibilities

Enable and support regional teams in adopting standardized service and application modelling practices
Provide guidance, coaching, and training on service modelling concepts and best practices
Act as a subject matter expert for translating business services and applications into structured ServiceNow models

Required Experience & Capabilities

3–5+ years of practical, hands-on experience working with ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments
Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing CMDB solutions
Demonstrated success implementing service and application models aligned with modern service management frameworks
Strong background in ITOM capabilities including discovery, integrations, and dependency mapping

Technical & Functional Knowledge

Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and best practices
Strong expertise in service modelling concepts and frameworks (including current CSDM standards)
Experience with service mapping approaches (including tag-based and automated techniques)
Broad infrastructure knowledge spanning:
On-prem and cloud platforms
Windows and Unix-based systems
Networking, containers, and modern application stacks
