Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Director of Sales Marketing role located in Seattle, Washington. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive sales, overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and cultivating business development opportunities. The role also includes managing the sales and marketing team to ensure successful implementation of strategic goals. The candidate will collaborate with other departments to maximize brand presence and attract new opportunities.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales, including identifying new markets, crafting proposals, and closing deals
Strong skills in Sales Operations, including analyzing data and optimizing sales processes
Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction
Proven success in Team Management and leading a team to meet goals effectively
Experience in Business Development to build strategic partnerships and generate revenue growth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and data analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial
