Position: Marketing IT Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a trusted advisor between marketing, IT, and other business functions, transforming high-level goals into actionable technical and operational solutions that drive outcomes across multiple departments.
Deliver Multi-Purpose Technology Enhancements: Implement and optimize cross-functional technologies (e.g., CRMs, automation platforms, analytics tools) to streamline efficiency for marketing while expanding functionality across departments like sales, operations, and customer success.
Lead Seamless Integrations: Work on cross-system integrations, ensuring platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, and beyond) share accurate data and enable smooth "lead-to-opportunity" processes for marketing and broader organizational performance.
Perform Holistic Business Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across processes—whether they're marketing campaigns, customer data workflows, or cross-department collaboration efforts. Recommend technical strategies that benefit both marketing and larger-scale business processes.
Data-Centric Optimization: Lead efforts in refining data structure, governance, and integration points to enhance insights. Use SQL and other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) to identify actionable trends supporting marketing, sales, and operational objectives.
Manage and Oversee Projects Across Teams: Lead cross-functional departments through the lifecycle of impactful, scalable enterprise solutions. Create deadlines, define responsibilities, and monitor deliverables while maintaining clear communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Ensure Compliance and Security: Help ensure alignment across systems integration with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), helping safeguard not just marketing activities but broader business regulations.
Required Qualifications
Proven Technical and Business Process Expertise: Experience managing or implementing operational technologies, including CRM, automation tools, analytics/reporting platforms, or similar cross-department systems.
Strong IT Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to perform deep-dives into complex challenges (across marketing or operational workflows) and solve for long-term scalability and sustainable returns on process improvements.
Project Leadership Acumen: Experience successfully leading system design, namely projects where different department systems need precise tracking, integration guard rails (like lead-to-close syncing across apps), and broad reporting capabilities completed on time/efficiency budgets.
Strong SQL & Data Storytelling Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and auditing data across systems to support marketing and operational reporting needs. Ability to use tools like Salesforce and Tableau to create clear, actionable insights and tell compelling data-driven stories for decision-making across teams.
