Position: Business Analyst I

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Role Summary

Under limited supervision, the Business Analyst supports short-term Co-Ag grant-funded projects by evaluating, recommending, and implementing technology solutions that improve business processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on process analysis, tool configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and end-user training across County programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct capability and compliance assessments of approved platforms (Alchemer, Microsoft Teams Premium, REDCap, ASIIS).
Perform stakeholder needs assessments and document current-state workflows.
Design future-state process maps and functional requirements.
Configure and implement tools (Teams Voice, Alchemer surveys, REDCap forms).
Build automated workflows using Power Automate and dashboards using Power BI.
Execute testing, validation, troubleshooting, and IT coordination.
Develop SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
Train small teams to ensure adoption and compliance.
Conduct targeted research to support programmatic decisions (e.g., provider networks).
Track milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure grant and County compliance.

Required Qualifications

1+ year experience in business analysis or IT system implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
