ICERTIS CLM Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Engagement: Contract (6 months, with potential for extension)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICERTIS CLM Solution Architect to join a high-impact Digital Nexus technology team. This role will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade ICERTIS Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for complex client environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep ICERTIS expertise, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on experience delivering scalable CLM solutions integrated with enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation of ICERTIS CLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
Design scalable and robust CLM architectures, including integrations with enterprise systems such as external contracting platforms, Salesforce, and DocuSign
Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints
Act as a trusted advisor to business and program teams, providing strategic guidance on optimizing contract management processes using ICERTIS
Provide technical leadership across project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines
Mentor junior architects and developers, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning
Customize ICERTIS CLM modules, including workflows, templates, clause libraries, and business rules
Oversee integration patterns and data flows between ICERTIS CLM and third-party systems
Manage multiple CLM workstreams concurrently, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Conduct risk assessments, quality checks, and governance reviews to ensure successful project outcomes
Stay current with ICERTIS product enhancements and emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement across the CLM lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with 3+ years of hands-on ICERTIS CLM implementation experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
ICERTIS CLM Certification is required
Additional certifications in Azure, iPaaS, or related technologies are a plus
Deep expertise in ICERTIS CLM configuration, customization, and integrations
Strong understanding of data migration and data management, including integration with Azure Data Lake
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, MuleSoft, Power BI, and enterprise integration tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery tools
Proven experience delivering large-scale CLM implementations with measurable business impact
Experience in industries such as legal, procurement, or supply chain is preferred
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability in collaborative work environments
