Job Specifications

Role- Sr. Sales Operations Analyst – Remote (EST Hours)

Location – 100% Remote Opportunity

Type- 6 months of contract role (with possible extension)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to support Sales Operations with reporting, data analysis, account assignments, quotas, and process improvement.

Requirements:

7+ years Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
Advanced Excel
Salesforce (required), NetSuite (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

Sales data analysis & reporting
Review and manage account assignments
Support quota and territory processes
Investigate workflow/process issues
Improve sales operations processes
Handle contract, renewal, commission issues
Lead cross-functional operational project
