Job Specifications

Our healthcare client is looking for an HR coordinator for a contract to hire assignment 100% onsite, 40 hours per week.

Job Summary: Provides administrative support for the HR Business Partner team and oversees day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient and productive environment. The HR Coordinator should also have excellent administrative capabilities and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provides a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
Oversees the ASKHR inbox daily for the assigned designated campus
Verifies all credentials/licenses for contracted services within the vendor management system (B4 Health)
Assist departments with contracted staff request within B4 Health system (creates requisitions and contracts)
Communicates daily with departments and agencies
Assist HRBP team with the preparation and follow-up of New Hire orientation
Sends out email communication for the 5/45 day surverys , 90 day performance evals, non- productive hours and exit surveys
Creates contracted staff profile within Kronos for timekeeping
Assist HRBP team with reports from B4 Health and Symplr Performance as well as user maintenance; password resetting and account issues
Establishes/builds relationships with hiring managers/departments for all facilities
Participates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Covers the front desk area as needed.
Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, explain and present data and findings.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various healthcare departments.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Associates Degree Required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
