Business Process Analyst (Contract – 6+ Months, Strong Perm Potential)

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Process Analyst to build and own an enterprise process catalog from the ground up. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who wants to do the work, not just advise. You’ll document, standardize, and optimize how the organization operates, while identifying opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and scalable growth.

This is a 6+ month contract with a strong possibility to convert to full-time based on performance and business need.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain an enterprise-wide process catalog
Map end-to-end workflows and document current and future-state processes
Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation
Partner cross-functionally to standardize processes and drive adoption
Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to extract and validate workflows
Confidently challenge existing processes and push back when improvements are needed
Create clear, scalable process documentation using standard tools

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Engineer, or similar
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred) or equivalent
Hands-on experience with process mining tools
Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms)
Background in financial services, private equity, asset management, or fund administration strongly preferred
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable engaging and constructively challenging senior leadership
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
