Job Specifications

Outstanding opportunity to join an enterprise level operations organization supporting workforce management, which includes capacity planning, staffing analysis, and operational forecasting and processes.

Duration: 8+ months, possible extensions/conversion

Locations: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN (hybrid schedule)

What you will be doing:

The consultant will be supporting several operational initiatives. Primarily help translate operational needs into structured requirements and ensure documentation and workflows align with how the team actually operates.

Supporting configuration activities
Helping analyze workforce data outputs
Interpreting Tableau data outputs
Building analysis models in Excel
Creating staffing analysis narratives to support operational decisions
Gathering requirements
Updating workflows
Implementing improvements through a future Pega system
Clean up documentation
Facilitate conversations with subject matter experts
Improve process clarity

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Looking for someone who can think through problems and proactively propose solutions rather than someone who simply executes assigned tasks.

Ideal candidate characteristics:

Strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Comfortable building templates or frameworks from scratch
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Strong communication with operations stakeholders
Lean Six Sigma (nice to have)
