Job Specifications
We are seeking a highly organized and agile Product Development Project Manager to lead cosmetic initiatives from marketing brief through delivery to distribution. This role serves as the central connector across cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on quality, and on budget in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Start ASAP - Beginning of 2026
3 days a week on-site in office/2 days remote
Must have PD experience in beauty, cosmetics or CPG
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of product development initiatives from concept through delivery using Critical Path Scheduling (CPS)
Act as the orchestrator across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams
Lead projects through a stage-gate development process, enabling informed and agile decision-making
Proactively identify risks, issues, and delays, and develop mitigation or acceleration plans to minimize project impact
Track project progress and performance, surfacing gaps, risks, and alerts clearly to leadership
Coordinate technical, commercial, and financial readiness for each initiative
Facilitate cross-functional and external partner meetings to align on timelines, deliverables, and ownership
Manage collaboration with contract and third-party manufacturers, including international partners
Translate complex data and project details into clear, concise updates for senior stakeholders
Ensure Right First Time delivery—on time, on quality—with strong customer service performance (OTIF / Fill Rate) and profitability
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and tools to support ongoing execution
Qualifications
4+ years of project management experience, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, or CPG
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on cost, and on quality
Experience working within a stage-gate product development framework
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and external partners
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage high levels of detail while simplifying information for executive audiences
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embracing change
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Experience working with international partners preferred
Start-up or high-growth environment experience is a plus
