Hello,

We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in New York, NY. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $30-$34/hour to start
Assignment Length: 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

Support marketing operations by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating shop orders to ensure seamless execution across brands
Coordinate approvals and timelines for marketing, social, and influencer content, maintaining organized content calendars and effective cross-functional communication
Assist with social media and ambassador programs by tracking influencer content, ensuring brand and legal compliance, and supporting performance reporting

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
2+ years of related experience required (1+ year with an Associate’s degree or 6+ months with a Bachelor’s degree)
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience supporting marketing operations, including purchase orders, timelines, and approval processes
Familiarity with social media platforms, content calendars, and influencer or ambassador programs
Ability to analyze basic social media or influencer performance metrics
Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry highly preferred
