We’re supporting a large, well‑known organisation that’s in the middle of a major security and infrastructure transformation, to find a Threat & Vulnerability Management lead. This is a genuinely impactful position where you’ll help shape how the business identifies, assesses, and reduces risk across a complex technology estate.

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technical depth and stakeholder influence. Someone who can understand vulnerabilities at a detailed level, but also guide teams, challenge decisions, and drive meaningful change.

You’ll be involved in things like:

• Overseeing vulnerability identification and helping teams understand what matters most

• Working closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to drive remediation

• Supporting the rollout and optimisation of scanning and reporting capabilities

• Helping embed better processes, standards, and ways of working

• Presenting insights to teams and raising awareness around high‑risk issues

• Playing a key role in a business that’s investing heavily in modernising its security posture

They’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong technical grounding (infrastructure, operating systems, or similar)

• Experience working with vulnerability or patching processes

• Confidence influencing challenging teams when needed

• The ability to communicate clearly and bring people on the journey

Details:

• Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

• Salary up to £75,000
