Join a forward-thinking organization that is embarking on a transformative journey in the financial services sector who are launching a large-scale, multi-year data platform modernization program, replacing a legacy on-premise ETL solution (Informatica PowerCenter) with a modern, future-proof data integration platform. This is one of the most strategic transformation initiatives within the organization’s data landscape.
To lead this initiative, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong ownership, vision, and the ability to drive complex change across business, IT, and data engineering teams. You are accountable for the end-to-end leadership of the transformation program. You define the vision, structure the roadmap, guide execution across multiple teams, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
What You’ll Do
Define and own the strategic vision for the migration from the legacy ETL platform to the target data integration solution
Lead the vendor selection process, including RFI/RFP preparation, evaluation, and decision-making in collaboration with Procurement and Architecture
Build and maintain business cases, epics, KPIs, milestones, and acceptance criteria
Drive and coordinate execution across multiple Agile Release Trains in a SAFe / Agile-at-scale environment
Align priorities, facilitate PI planning, and manage cross-team dependencies
Work closely with data architects, data engineers, product managers, scrum masters, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Identify risks, define mitigation and contingency plans, and actively manage delivery constraints
What are we looking for?
You have 5+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs with multiple teams and value streams
You bring proven experience working in a SAFe or Agile-at-scale environment
You have hands-on experience with ICT procurement, including vendor selection and contract-related processes
You possess experience with data integration or ETL platforms, including Informatica PowerCenter
You have a strong track record in stakeholder management across business, IT, and external partners
You demonstrate structured, clear, and convincing communication at senior levels
Nice to Haves
Experience with modern cloud-based data engineering or data integration platforms
Background in large-scale legacy modernization or platform replacement programs
Experience working across international or multi-cultural delivery environments
Familiarity with change management in enterprise transformation initiatives
