Business Process engineering: Contribute to streamlining and digitalization of business processes ; and the setup or improvement of operating models, Collect and analyze business and IT requirements;Translate business requirements and business process design into functional specifications;
Design and technical implementation: Design innovative solutions in collaboration with solution architects and technical experts, in order to meet business requirements ; Create applications and setup workflows for our clients in tools like Microsoft Power Platform; Be involved in testing: test the solution and processes to help ensure the product will be viable for the client
Project management & PMO: Be the backbone of the team, aiding the team and the client in organizing themselves according to the best practices (Agile, Scrum, …). Ensure the project keeps moving at all times. Connect the dots. Act proactively, be communicative; Create and implement dashboards and reports in line with effective information communication guidelines;
Projects that can be both short and long, spanning 2 months to 2 years, which can be in small teams of 2-3 people up towards large teams (15+). While projects might change, you will be an integral part of our very flat team with the primary objective of learning and growing in any situation.
Your Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze business and IT requirements in scope of our Advisory projects;
Translate business requirements and business process design into functional specifications;
Contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies and processes (finance, supply chain and IT governance);
Design innovative solutions in collaboration with solution architects and technical experts, in order to meet business requirements (enterprise data model, automated data processing flows, setup of new (big) data technology such as RPA, data migration machine,…);
Create and implement dashboards and reports in line with effective information communication guidelines;
Advise on organizational changes and help building the change strategy;
Act as a first-line contact for a variety of top-class financial services clients and maintain an excellent relationship with our clients.
Your Profile
You Have/are
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in (Business) Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, (applied) Economics or a related field of studies with an affinity for leading-edge technologies;
Solid analytical skills;
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a proficient level of business English;
Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Python, R or equivalent data programming languages and the Office tools are a strong asset;
Eager to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond;
Available to start in March/April 2026.
