Job Specifications

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ServiceNow platform across IT, HR, and Payroll. This role will focus on module development, CMDB support, service mapping, and driving key initiatives by working through a backlog of stories and delivering high‑quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Support and enhance the CMDB, including service mapping and data integrity.
Build and maintain self-service portal components and user-facing features.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Work through the backlog and advance initiatives across IT, HR, and Payroll functions.

Qualifications

Proven ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, service mapping, and module configuration.
Experience with portal development and workflow design.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to identify and resolve platform issues.
ServiceNow certifications preferred.

The salary range for this position is $55/hr to $65/hr W2. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
