About Us:
Pool Supplies Canada, Canada’s largest online swimming pool and supply retailer, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role supports the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns operating at multi-million-dollar annual scale, and works closely with our in-house development team to improve performance and execution. The position also involves maintaining and updating our website, managing our online product catalog across our website and third-party marketplace platforms, and supporting other marketing initiatives as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Partner with leadership to develop, implement, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns focused on customer segmentation, dynamic remarketing, conversion growth, and lifetime value
Build, maintain, and actively manage customer segmentation groups to support personalized remarketing, cross-sell / upsell campaigns across email, paid media, and on-site experiences
Plan and execute dynamic remarketing campaigns leveraging customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement signals
Create, update, and maintain website content including landing pages, promotional pages, and seasonal campaign assets aligned with segmented audience strategies
Launching promotional email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing collateral as needed
Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Management to ensure campaign accuracy, product availability alignment, and consistent customer messaging
Website & Product Catalog Management
Accurately enter, maintain, and update product information across our e-commerce platform and 3rd-party marketplace listings (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace, etc.)
Manage product details such as descriptions, specifications, features, images, pricing, weights/dimensions, and metadata
Organize product categories and ensure a clear, user-friendly, SEO-friendly catalog structure
Conduct regular website audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content—and implement corrective updates promptly
Requirements:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a prior e-commerce and/or digital marketing role is required
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or Mailchimp preferred), including segmentation and campaign deployment
A strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, Google Analytics, and conversion optimization principles
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field required
Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required
Experience with SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata management considered an asset
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, etc) considered an asset
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Wal Mart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace or other 3rd party marketplaces considered an asset
Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Excel and/or other data analytics tools are considered assets
Experience with HTML / CSS considered an asset

Salary Range: From $65K Annually, Based on Qualifications
