Job Summary

We are looking for an End User Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, VDI, and network connectivity. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues while delivering excellent customer support over the phone and through remote tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)

Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, and VDI environments.
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.
Experience with Active Directory and desktop engineering.
Knowledge of VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
Experience supporting VPN and network connectivity issues.
Proficiency with remote desktop support tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to provide technical support over the phone.
Canadian French language support (24x7).
