Job Title: Senior Java Developer (8+ Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong backend development expertise, hands-on coding, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications
Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Implement best practices for code quality, security, and scalability
Support production issues and provide root cause analysis
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Strong experience with Core Java, Java 8+, and Spring / Spring Boot
Experience building RESTful web services and APIs
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
Experience with microservices architectures
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in financial services, energy, healthcare, or other enterprise environments
Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
