Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer for our System Integration team in Halifax. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical development and product management, focusing on integrating various systems and ensuring seamless transactions.

• Develop and integrate different tech stack based applications. Basically with Java background.

• Define and prioritize product backlog items for integration projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for system integration

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment

• Manage API development and integration with various financial platforms

• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and regulations

• Analyze and optimize system performance for financial transactions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align integration efforts with overall business goals

• Stay updated on emerging trends in financial technology and system integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development

• Proficiency in API development, integration, and database management

• Experience with project management tools and techniques

• Fluency in both English
