Threadcount is a Canadian born sustainable luxury textile brand with a startup pace and a design-led soul. We partner with interior designers on residential and hospitality projects, creating textiles that are both elevated and functional — with an obsession for color, texture, and story, and a deep passion for materials that feel as good as they look. We’re growing and expanding into key markets, and this role will sit at the center of the action — working closely with our Creative Director and Sales Lead and Content creator to drive campaigns, sales enablement, and designer momentum.
The Role
Threadcount is hiring a Sales & Marketing Operations Lead , a role for someone who is a true driver. This role is the engine room behind our marketing + sales momentum, and we’re looking for a junior but highly capable operator who can run day-to-day execution and systems independently with minimal oversight.

You’ll manage our weekly marketing calendar, own Klaviyo email + flows, track performance across Shopify and Salesforce, support designers with curated fabric selections for their projects — and help strengthen Threadcount’s brand reputation through founder storytelling and creative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations, Campaign Execution + Lifecycle (Core Ownership)
Own the weekly marketing calendar and execution plan in Asana, ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables ship on schedule
Coordinate campaign timelines across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, website), using checklists and execution discipline to ensure consistency and follow-through
Publish and repurpose content across Instagram and LinkedIn, using AI tools to increase speed, consistency, and output across formats
Own Klaviyo email marketing end-to-end, including weekly campaigns, segmentation, and lifecycle flows (trade welcome, sample request follow-up, browse/abandon, winback, etc.)
Track and report weekly performance across email and campaigns, identifying what’s working and where to optimize
Maintain and update key Shopify website pages (collections, product pages, landing pages, homepage features), ensuring the site stays current and aligned with brand positioning
Execute website updates tied to campaigns and launches (banners, featured products, collection organization), and ensure product content accuracy (copy, images, tags, naming)
Monitor basic site health (broken links, outdated pages, missing assets) and coordinate fixes as needed
Sales Support, Enablement + Textile Curation (Core Ownership)
Track KPIs, identify “hot leads,” and forward real-time activity to the sales team
Maintain a centralized and organized sales asset library, ensuring all materials stay current, aligned with Threadcount’s positioning, and easy for the sales team to access
Repurpose content from brand channels (social, launches, events, showroom moments) into tailored sales outreach tools such as follow-up templates, mini PDFs, product call-outs, and launch scripts
Support pitch and meeting preparation, and manage follow-up deliverables from designer meetings, client calls, and conferences (recap emails, curated memo recommendations, next-step assets)
Support designer sourcing requests by curating fabric selections aligned with project needs, recommending fabrics based on palette, texture, performance requirements, and Threadcount priorities
Track sourcing patterns and demand signals (top requested colors/products, recurring needs) and feed insights back into marketing, sales enablement, and product storytelling
Brand Marketing
Support founder-led thought leadership and brand storytelling (POVs, quotes, long-form drafts)
Coordinate announcements and brand milestones (launches, partnerships, initiatives)
Maintain an evergreen content calendar and ensure consistency of voice across communications
